Know Before You Go….Parking Options

The festival takes place along 11th Street in Golden, with residential areas nearby. Since there is no event parking allowed in those residential areas (strictly enforced!), we have compiled a list of parking options for you. Some options are free, while others require a few bucks (cheaper than a parking ticket!). Some are a bit closer than others. DO NOT PARK IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREAS AROUND THE EVENT - YOU WILL BE TICKETED!

We want your event visit be as positive and carefree as possible! Plan ahead! We recommend taking the event shuttle.

FREE VEHICLE PARKING OPTIONS
Clear Creek Parking Lot – 304 – 10th Street
CoorsTek Parking Lot – 10th & Ford Street
Colorado School of Mines - Lot K - entrance near at 11th & Maple Streets (adjacent to Mines Football Field and Soccer Field).
Shuttle - Satellite Parking at Jeffco Human Services Building - 900 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden CO 80401 (see below for specifics)

PAY VEHICLE PARKING OPTIONS
First 2 hours free upon registering your license plate number at the onsite kiosk or app. $2.50/hour, daily maximum $10.
Downtown Golden – North Parking Garage – 702-12 Street
Downtown Golden – South Parking Garage – 1250 Jackson Street
Downtown Golden - Arapahoe Street between 12th & 13th Streets
All Downtown Streets - along Washington Avenue and side streets
10th Street Tennis Court Parking Lot – 10th Street & Illinois – quick walk across footbridge to the festival. (This lot is available on Saturday after 2:30pm and Sunday. It is not available on Saturday before 2:30pm due to Golden Farmers Market)

FREE EVENT SHUTTLE OPTION
Satellite Parking Lot at Jeffco Human Services Building - 900 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden CO 80401. Dedicated free event shuttle, provided by the City of Golden, runs from 9:45AM to 5:30PM and will drop you at the event entrance at 11th & Arapahoe Street. Last shuttle will leave event entrance at 5:30PM.

ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION OPTION
Ore Cart Golden-Mines Shuttle Service (SAT ONLY) - https://www.guidinggolden.com/transit
RTD W-Line - ride to the Jeffco Government Center/Golden Station, then take the Ore Cart (SAT ONLY) or take the event shuttle from the Jeffco Human Services building (see above).
Ride Your Bike! - bike racks will be available at the east main event entrance and at the west end entrance. Be sure to bring your bike lock!
